We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use REDBOT. By using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You register using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any activity that occurs under your REDBOT account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

REDBOT offers Free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout, via Stripe.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until that date. We do not prorate cancellations for partial months.
On cancellation your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data (searches, history, favourites) is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you reactivate, then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment on any new paid plan. To request a refund, email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email address associated with your account.
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies once per customer. It does not apply to:
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the platform. You grant REDBOT a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You must not use REDBOT's name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without our express written consent.
REDBOT respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent at [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice".
Your notice must include all of the following:
Counter-notification: If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notification", including: your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of a Federal court in your district.
We will process valid notices promptly and, where appropriate, disable access to infringing material. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
REDBOT provides optional tooling (including the "Lead Scraper" feature) that collects publicly visible data from third-party platforms such as Instagram using third-party APIs (e.g. Apify). By using these tools, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
We reserve the right to disable or restrict scraping features at any time without notice.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
